Review from Marc Saltzman
In case you haven't played the original game, the concept behind these wildly addictive games is that you play as a small fish out to fend for yourself in the dangerous oceanic waters. Your basic goal is to eat fish smaller than you (including guppies or minnows), while avoid being eaten by larger fish (such as great white sharks or giant barracudas). Eventually, you grow in size and can then eat larger fish you once swam away from, so you can become top of the food chain.

Feeding Frenzy 2 is the all-new sequel to Sprout Games' biggest hit. The first few stages will be awfully familiar to most players but things change rather quickly as the game progresses. For example, your fish can now jump out of the water to gobble up insects hovering above sea level. Consuming poisonous fishes will cause your controls to be reversed for a short moment.
To complete each stage, you must eat and grow in size to move up the food chain while avoiding larger creatures until you are able to add them to your menu as well.
Some species make a return while others are new additions to the family. Expect to encounter squids, jellyfish, herrings, pelicans and puffers together with the usual crew.

We hope this sequel appeals to both new players and fans of the original alike. The core mechanic hasn't changed, but we've added all sorts of tweaks and improvements, including some major new features like jumping out of the water, night-time modes, many more levels, even a boss battle!
We hope you all enjoy playing it!

This took me about 30 seconds to learn, and now I've been playing it for over a week without getting bored. It's a great test of reflexes and mouse-eye coordination, but it won't tax your intellect. The perfect coffee break game (and after playing for a few minutes, you might not need any coffee!).
It moves very fast, with great visuals (love those gorillas!) and hilarious sound effects. I highly recommend it.
